Mrs Charmaine Crystal Salins, Nursing Training and Quality Incharge, Kasturba Hospital, 中国体育彩票app下载 was the Resource Person for the programme. She briefed the students on the evolution of health care services and the characteristics of health care customers. She emphasized on 5 “Cs” of caring such as commitment, conscience, competence, compassion and confidence given by sister M.Simone Roach. She also highlighted the qualities of a good nurse, like truthfulness, empathy, accountability, understanding patient expectations & needs, good communication etc.
