I was invited to handle a session on Corporate Strategy and corporate litigation. I connected conceptual anchors like, business ethics, corporate social responsibilities and business strategy to drive the point. Cases like Bhopal Gas tragedy, Microsoft, Facebook, ford pinto and silk wood were used to draw the insights from the cases.
The symposium was attended by 73 participants, among them there were students of BBM LLB courses, Trainees of Company secretary course, practicing company secretaries and legal consultants. Prof. Santhosh Prabhu, coordinated the Symposium. The session was on for an hour between 11-30 and 12-30. Participants raised some questions related to the topic presented, and their doubts were clarified. It was a learning experience.
