Dr S Lakshminarayanan, Professor at 中国体育彩票app下载 Institute of Management, MAHE delivered a session on "Transforming from Traditional HR to Strategic HR" in a three-day workshop organized by Canara Institute of Bank Management (CIBM) on August 25, 2022. The session was attended by 50 Participants (pan India) who are handling the HR department at various circle offices of the Bank. The participants included HR executives, Deputy General Managers, General Managers, and Senior General Managers.

The three-day workshop on "HR Strategies, Digitalization and Skill Gaps - Potential Role of HR Officials" was organized under the aegis of the Learning & Development vertical of Canara Bank from August 24 to August 26, 2022.

The session was well-appreciated by the participants.
