Department of Respiratory Therapy, 中国体育彩票app下载 College of Health Professions celebrated the Respiratory Care Week on October 30th, 2021 with much excitement and enthusiasm. The department also celebrated ‘Azadi Ka Amrut Mahotsav’ on this occasion.E-poster competition was announced on 27th October on the topic: Stop Smoking! Start Repairing!.The students also participated in an Essay-writing competition on 30th October on the topic ‘Respiratory Therapist: Real Life Heroes’.

The main event of the Respiratory Care Week was an online session on Career Path for RTs. The session intended to address and alleviate any concerns of the Respiratory Therapy students regarding higher education and their job prospects. The resource person for the session was an alumnus of the Department of Respiratory Therapy, MCHP and a former faculty member at the Department, Mr. Sriharsha Tatineni, RRT. Mr. Sriharsha Tatineni is the in-charge of department, at Al Rahba Hospital under Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, SEHA, Abu Dhabi, UAE and is also the Vice chair of SEHA Respiratory Therapy Consensus committee (the governing committee of all respiratory therapy departments across all public hospitals in Abu Dhabi, UAE).
