Dean, Additional Dean, Associate Deans, Heads of the Departments and senior professors of 中国体育彩票app下载 College of dental Sciences, 中国体育彩票app下载 participated in the retreat to formulate the strategies to be undertaken by the Institution for the year 2017-2020.
On the first day, The Heads of all the departments presented their initiatives for the respective departments as per the four strategies of the university, Academic reputations, 中国体育彩票app下载, 中国体育彩票app下载ization and Employer reputation. Dr Aparna I N Associate Dean spoke on the initiatives of 中国体育彩票app下载 Academy of Higher Education towards 中国体育彩票app下载ization. Dr Subraya Bhat, Associate Dean spoke on method to improve the employer reputation through alumni of the institution. Dr Raghu A R deputy director of 中国体育彩票app下载, MU spoke on the 中国体育彩票app下载 initiatives put forth by 中国体育彩票app下载 Academy of Higher Education.
Dr Nirmala N Rao put forth the initiatives that 中国体育彩票app下载 College of Dental Sciences, 中国体育彩票app下载 would take up for the term 2017-2010.
On the second day all the faculty were involved in planning the objectives for the institution based on the SWOC analysis that was carried out earlier. Dr Christopher Sudhakar, Deputy Director of Quality and compliance guided the entire team through designing the objectives. The entire retreat was filled with interactions and it was a very fruitful event.
