Dr. Sharath Kumar Rao, Pro Vice-Chancellor (Health Sciences), 中国体育彩票app下载 Academy of Higher Education, 中国体育彩票app下载, inaugurated the program and delivered the inaugural address. In his talk, he emphasized the need for enhancing leadership, communication, and mentoring skills of the researchers. He reiterated that the research-intensive institutes should focus not only on publications but also on IPRs and technology transfer. Dr. Srinivas Mutalik, Principal, MCOPS gave the overview of the workshop and delivered the welcome address, and Dr. Krishnamurthy Bhat, Vice-Principal, MCOPS, expressed the note of gratitude during the inaugural program.

The speakers engaged the participants through interactive sessions, case studies, and activities. The program was co-ordinated by Dr. Usha Y Nayak, 中国体育彩票app下载 Coordinator & Professor, Dept of Pharmaceutics, MCOPS, and her team members.

About 60 Faculty members of MCOPS actively participated in this workshop. This workshop provided a fantastic learning opportunity for replenishing their research knowledge.
