Finance Department

Located on the third floor of the main education building, the Finance Office at 中国体育彩票app下载 Academy of Higher Education handles and maintains all financial accounts of MAHE and its constituent institutions. These include:

Processing payments for infrastructure projects
Supplies of capital and consumable items for MAHE
Investments of funds, disbursal of funds to constituent colleges
Compliance with taxation and other statutory requirements
Preparation of budgets and financial statements of MAHE.

With 58 employees, the Department is also responsible for framing and implementing financial policies and rules, the annual MAHE budget, tax related issues and consolidation of accounts.

Student Finance

Located on the first floor of 中国体育彩票app下载 Academy of Higher Education main building, the Student Finance Office comprises four offices – Student Finance, MAHE Hostel Finance, Medicare & 中国体育彩票app下载 Health Card. It is responsible for the collection and accounting of student fee receipts of 中国体育彩票app下载 Academy of Higher Education and all constituent institutions.

MAHE Hostel Finance

This office manages the collection and accounting of Hostel Fee/Deposit/Mess/Utility charges from students staying in MAHE hostels.?It also prepares the mess/utility bills, and processes students hostel refunds and other payments.

MAHE Medicare

This processes the Medicare premiums and issues Medicare cards to employees, employees’ dependent parents, students and others.
